SUBMISSION GUIDELINES

Submitting The Final Version of Paper:

Before you can upload your final camera ready paper you must:

  1. Submit each of your accepted papers to PDF eXpress for format checking. (39390X for the Conference ID)
  2. Login to EDAS and select one of your accepted papers.
  3. Click on the Register icon that looks like a blue ticket.
  4. Register for the conference at one of the non-student rates offered.
  5. IMPORTANT: Make sure you add all your accepted papers to your basket.
  6. Submit the IEEE copyright form for each paper.
  7. Finally, you can upload the final version of each of your papers.

Failure to register before the deadline will result in automatic withdrawal of your paper from the conference proceedings and program and the paper will not be submitted to IEEE Xplore. Accepted papers MUST be presented at the conference by one of the authors, or, if none of the authors are able to attend, by a qualified surrogate. Failure to present an accepted paper will result in the paper not being submitted to IEEE Xplore.

Log in to the IEEE PDF eXpress TM site
First-time users should do the following:
1. Select the New Users – Click Here link.
2. Enter the following:
• 39390X for the Conference ID
• your email address
• a password
3. Continue to enter information as prompted.
An Online confirmation will be displayed and an email confirmation will be sent verifying
your account setup.
Previous users of PDF eXpress need to follow the above steps but should enter the same password that was used for previous conferences. Verify that your contact information is valid.

Guideline for Submission:

Submitted papers must be unpublished and should not be submitted elsewhere at the same time. Accepted papers should not exceed 6 pages in two-column IEEE Transactions style. Accepted papers longer than 4 pages will be charged $100 for each extra page. Papers should be submitted as PDF files through the paper submission system. All submitted papers will be peer-reviewed by at least three independent reviewers. Accepted papers will be published in the IEEE 2017 CCECE Conference Proceedings and will be eligible for publication in IEEE Xplore®. An author of an accepted paper is required to register for the conference at the full (member or non-member) rate and the paper must be presented by an author of that paper at the conference unless the TPC Chair grants permission for a substitute presenter arranged in advance of the event and who is qualified both to present and answer questions. For authors with multiple accepted papers, one full registration is valid for one paper and the author pays an additional $200 dollars for each additional paper. However, only one copy of the proceedings will be provided.
